一緒に遊ぼう　Brawl Bonding Time

Feb 27th - a day soaked in preciousness. We made the treck back to Daiei to practice our favorite characters on Smash Bros. Brawl, when this tiny boy kept coming up and commenting. The first time, he openly 'helped' Josh by telling that his character, the Meta Knight, was terrible. Another time he came back to cheer Meta Knight on. Finally, he showed up with his older brother wanting to play. We gave it up to them and started to walk off when we realized that neither had a CLUE how to play. Josh instructed them in Japanese, but eventually the older one gave up, so he took up the controller. To see this child's face light up in sheer joy to play Smash Brothers was enough to make the rest of my day. When his mom came to pick him up, he burst into tears at being parted.

I think this will always be one of my fondest memories; I am so glad I had my camera!!
